Asset Engineer

Job description / Role

Required to join a Facilities Management service provider in Riyadh.

- Working on large scale prestigious projects the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of asset maintenance strategies, asset gathering, producing FMR’s, whilst also playing a key role in reviewing handover documentation for newly constructed buildings.

- A degree or diploma in Engineering
- 10 + years experience
- A proven track record of working in asset management
- Experience in the Facilities Management and Construction industries
- Experience of working in the Middle East an advantage
- Fluent in English

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
