Trainer (Learning and Development)

Job description / Role

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, create customized learning solutions, and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs aligned with company goals.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, IT, Instructional Design and other related field.

Experience:
- 3 years or more experience in Health Sector particularly Learning and Development section.

Other Essential requirements:
- Male
- Bilingual ( Arabic and English)
