Job description / Role

Objective of the role:
• Concierges act as the first point of contact between customers and Al Zain boutique.
• He/she should make sure to provide the perfect service experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities include:
• Remaining present, visible, and alert at the door.
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to Al Zain standards.
• Thank visitors / guests with genuine appreciation.
• Move, lift, carry, and push objects if needed.
• Ensure that boutique and VIP room are clean and tidy at all times.
• Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Taking customer beverages order and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• check kitchenware (Turkish coffee maker, Nespresso machine, etc.) for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Assist the sales staff in keeping the boutique clean and safe.
• Report to boutique on time and in proper uniform.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and assist sales team whenever necessary.
• Cleaning entrances including sweeping, vacuuming if needed.

Educational qualifications:
• High school certificate

Experience:
• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress / concierge.
• With Communication skills.
• Experienced and reliable Concierge with a stellar work ethic and guest satisfaction record.
