Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

Butler

A butler provides personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. The butler is responsible for anticipating guest needs, handling requests, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.

- Provide personalized services such as in-room dining, coordinating spa services, making restaurant reservations, and other requests.
- Handle special requests and arrangements, including surprise amenities, romantic setups, and personalized itineraries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events.
- Provide butler service during events, ensuring guests' needs are met.
- Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms or private dining areas.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel's menu and wine list to offer recommendations.
- Handle room service orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with booking tickets, making reservations, and other concierge services.
- Create and update guest profiles to ensure personalized service.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a butler or in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
