Package Gas (PG) Production Team Leader

Position Summary:
To manage the filling and storage of cylinder, bulk gas and liquid products Oman, such that all operations are carried out in accordance with company operating, quality and safety procedures and standards and with national and local legislation to ensure customer requirements are fully met.

This position is accountable for the following end results:
- Enforce BSP and the safety culture.
- Enforce quality awareness.
- Operational control of Rusayl-Oman PG industrial gases production, maintenance and Quality Assurance activities.
- All EH&S training requirements for Make personnel, all equipment, plant performance levels and procedures to ensure that products is delivered to the customer expectations, having met all relevant company and international standards
- Control costs within budget levels.
- Prepare statistics to measure efficiency and effectiveness of all systems and expenditure.
- Forecast, plan and co-ordinate the supply of product, control stock and maximize equipment utilization.
- Control product losses
- Maintain the stock for all the stock items: Industrial gases, UHPs, regulators…as well the raw material: Helium, Argon, Nitrogen and CO2
- Raise the requisition for all the related items to the industrial gas depot.

- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent in a technical based subject.
- Fully conversant with PC based computing
- Sound Operating knowledge of ERP system
- People management skills
- Good communication & motivational skills
- Service and customer oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Bring closure to all company and external audits such as OPHR, ISO, Quality, Corporate etc.
