Position Overview: Beemco Enterprises is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering innovative interior design solutions for our projects, contributing to the enhancement of our clients' spaces and overall brand experience.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent and vision.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, material selections, and finishes.
• Utilize 3D rendering software such as 3DS Max to produce high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs of proposed designs.
• Ensure design solutions align with project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and decor elements for project implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance during the construction phase to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design and related fields.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the commercial (includes retail stores and Food & Beverage outlets) and office fit-out sectors.
• Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce technical drawings, plans, and elevations for project documentation and coordination.
• Experience with 3D rendering software, particularly 3DS Max, is a strong advantage.
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling design presentations.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes/regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience working on interior design projects in the Middle East, is a strong advantage.

Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's diploma/degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Additional certifications or training in interior design software, 3D visualization, or project management is a plus.
