WTS Energy is experiencing continued growth in the exciting and interesting international Energy business.
We are seeking a young, highly motivated and dedicated Business Manager to reinforce our team in Oman. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in our growing International organization. In return you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package and incentive scheme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To actively manage the development of new business and maximise existing and new customer relationships
- To manage our existing projects and motivate, guide, develop and manage our local project team
- Manage all client requirements by actively recruiting yourself and with the help of our recruitment skill pool teams where required.
- Actively participate in tender exercises for projects in Oman, with the support of our global Tender Management department.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an Omani national, BSc degree or equally qualified, self-driven and motivated professional with minimum 5 years’ experience in business development of professional services, specifically within the international oil and gas service industry. You must have “client facing skills”, be fluent in English and willing to travel internationally when required.
