JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse has partnered with a diversified De-Fi group that has recently launched a VC platform focusing on start-up and scale-up deals across North America. The firm has extensive experience in crypto, blockchain, and Web 3.0 technologies and is now looking to support a variety of founders in their growth journeys.

Our client is looking to hire a CEO to lead the investment team and provide strategic direction and leadership. This role will involve structuring the fund, developing investment mandates, reviewing the current portfolio, and leveraging the North American network to identify new investment opportunities.

Over the next 12 months, the firm aims to expand its portfolio by 20 investments, deploying capital into various De-Fi organizations ranging from pre-seed to Series C funding stages, with the goal of achieving successful exits through secondary markets or IPOs.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role,10+ years experience in investment management with a minimum of 3 years within the De-Fi ecosystem is essential. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding about the world of Web3, Blockchain, Crypto and AI.

The candidate will ideally be based in North America, however, individuals with a strong NA network will also be considered. Due to the remote nature of this role, candidates must possess full rights to work in their current location.

Salary:
USD 250000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
