JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Dubai-based client, a leading Business Setup company, is on the lookout for a skilled Zoho Developer to join their innovative team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementation, customizations, and daily administration of all Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM, Analytics, Sales IQ and Desk.
• Involved in the complete project and software development lifecycle from scoping/requirement gathering, system design, end user testing, assist in training, roll out a user support.
• Understand business processes and requirements of internal teams to implement and customize various modules in the relevant Zoho Application.
• Communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as projects required.
• Create and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions and widgets.
• Develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboard, module, and field level customizations.
• Develop and maintain sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform.
• Work with in-house web developers to resolve any issues with lead capturing from webform CRM fields, either through third-party APIs or coding.
• Investigate and troubleshoot day to day issues in leads and opportunities management, contacts, companies and the overall functionality of Zoho CRM.
• Test changes and solutions in development environments (sandbox) prior to go-live.
• Test fixes to ensure bugs and issues have been resolved.
• Provide general support for all enterprise applications.
• Provide on-site support for ad hoc requests, coding, live chat, lookup and company module data sync between CRM, Books and Analytics.
• Work with the Zoho Team to troubleshoot any system errors.
• Create documentation for changes and updates for end users.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
• University graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
• Essential: Familiar with software development lifecycle.
• Preferred: Zoho Certified Administrator.

Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey and Campaigns.
• Understand the admin structure and application Zoho One.
• Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, MySQL Queries, jQuery, Zoho APIs and Integration with third party applications e.g. WordPress, Gravity Forms.
• Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation and data mapping.
• Database management and data management software.

Other Skills:
• Basic knowledge in formulas for Zoho Analytics.
• Able to learn new CRM systems and SaaS applications quickly.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
