JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

An award-winning multiple-office design firm who works with prestigious brands from the worlds of retail and hospitality is currently looking to expand its team within their Dubai office.

They are looking for a 2D / 3D Visualizer to join their team with a minimum of 5 years of experience to work on projects that include four-star plus hospitality interiors and high-end residential buildings located around the world.

Key responsibilities for this 2D / 3D Visualizer position include:
- Produce high-quality architectural / interior still images and animations
- Deliver projects under strict deadlines and within the budget
conceptualize luxurious Designs and drawing layouts
- Research and maintain a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture industry
- Accommodate clients’ requirements and desires for the space, undertaking their specifications and translating them into plans by using design systems, tools, and principals involved in the creation of technical plans, drawings, conduct space planning, and develop the design

Requirements:

- 5+ years’ experience in Architectural / Interior Visualization
- Knowledge of 3Ds Max / Maya / VRay / Corona/ AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop / SketchUp
- Experience working on high end/luxury projects
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail
- A flexible team player with strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution.
- A graphic background or similar certification/training would be desirable
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques
