As the company is within the humanitarian sector (but a for profit organisation) supporting global communities on the ground with infrastructure and well-being project expertise, it is within a highly complex structure. Experienced candidates that can delve deeply into HR, IT and operational structure to create a more transparent approach, with easily adaptable changes bringing high impact are highly sought after for this role.

A strong attention to detail and a passion for change, it is expected that the ideal candidate will hold a degree in a HR or IT related subject.
