JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote products and services, generate leads, and close sales.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will also manage follow-up calls, handle objections, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a critical aspect of this role.

Candidates should have prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Strong communication skills, a persuasive and positive attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of the sales process will be advantageous.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Telesales Executive position is someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in telesales or telemarketing. You should be highly motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key attributes we are looking for include:

- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is highly preferred. You should be familiar with making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.

- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. You should be comfortable managing customer information, tracking interactions, and using the system to support your sales efforts.

- Goal-Oriented: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential. You should be results-oriented and able to maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
