JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and meeting sales targets through outbound telesales campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while building a rewarding career in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, effectively managing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and confident approach to sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- UAE residency and valid work permit is mandatory.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
