Job Description

Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Dubai?

THE MISSION

Join our team as a Storekeeper and become the vital link in managing the flow of goods and deliveries at our hotel! You'll ensure that everything is delivered on time, accurately recorded, and meets our top-notch standards.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- You'll be the gatekeeper for all goods coming in and out of the hotel, ensuring they reach their correct destinations and are logged according to our purchasing and procurement standards. Keeping precise records of all items will be key, as will placing orders through our online procurement system.
- You'll maintain tight control over the central stores, handling everything from issue releases to stock counts, and always following health and safety procedures, especially with food and beverage items. Your role also involves assisting and supporting team members and the Food & Beverage Department in a collaborative environment.
- Expect to dive into inventory and stock-taking, cost analysis of new recipes, and updating the Opera system with new beverage recipes. You'll manage spoilage reports, approve beverage and equipment issues, and conduct regular spot inventories and yield tests.
- Keep an eye on food product prices with market surveys and raise alerts when expenses are out of line with revenues.
