JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our construction/fit out team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, while ensuring that all project objectives are met within the given timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall project delivery process for construction/fit out projects, including contract management, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety
• Develop and implement project plans and strategies to ensure successful completion of projects
• Manage project staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of all construction/fit out projects
• Monitor and adjust project plans and timelines as needed to ensure project success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Create and maintain project documents and reports
• Monitor project costs and manage the budget to ensure a successful project completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction/fit out project management
• Proven track record of successful project completion
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction/fit out industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
