JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an establish integrated facilities management service provider, they have an established Dubai operation and are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their team. The role is to based in the Bur Dubai area of Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:
• The Soft Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the team
• They will manage a large blue collar team of circa 200 Soft Services Staff at the facility
• The Services delivered will include cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services.
• They will Lead, mentor, and guide the cleaning, ground services, landscaping, and office services teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency ensuring the service delivery is met as per the KPIs and SLAs aet out within the contract(s)
• They will monitor and evaluate soft services performance metrics, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies across all soft services operations.

Requirements:

• A formal qualification
• BICS knowledge and experience – ideally qualified in BICS
• Experience managing a large blue collar team delivering soft services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team and customer centric approach
• Proactive, determined and driven to meet the job requirement
• Flexible attitude to help ensure the operational requirements of the role are fully met
• Excellent and clear communication skills
