JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy.
• You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams as well as external marketing companies we work with.
• You will have a strong Real Estate Marketing background with a team player spirit.
• This an extremely exciting role whereby you will be adding direct value to our emerging and growing business !
• This role is content heavy.
• Ensuring we have a constant flow of engaging content for our social media platforms is our number one priority. We are looking for a team player who will spearhead the marketing department with enthusiasm and passion.
• The ideal person is an influential character who can create strong bonds with our team as a means to having more 'faces on the feed'.
Requirements:
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Ad targeting
• Web analytics
• Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate marketing
• Extremely personable and influential
• Team player and flexible in working across various levels of marketing
• Experience in working across various multimedia and social media platforms
• Content creation and experience in creating Reels
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
