Service Delivery Lead - Dubai Based - 2-year FTC
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving cloud transformation initiatives.

Description
* Develop and implement robust ITIL-based service management frameworks, including incident management and disaster recovery plans.
* Design and implement effective service models, OLAs, and SLAs to meet business requirements.
* Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to SLAs.
* Lead the migration of IT services to cloud platforms and optimise cloud environments for cost-efficiency and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve service-related issues.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with an ITIL certification.* Strong experience in service delivery management with a focus on incident management and disaster recovery.
* Proven experience in building and implementing ITIL frameworks and service models.
* Proven experience in being part of a cloud transformation initiative, including migration strategies, cost optimisation, and governance.
