JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Service Crew members to join our client's events business in Dubai on a freelance basis. This role involves working at various events, providing excellent service to guests and ensuring a smooth operation.
Key responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, serving food and beverages, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will also support other event staff as needed to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Candidates must be on their own visa (Spouse, Family, Golden, or Freelancer). Previous experience in a similar role, such as a service crew member, waiter, or event staff, is preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Service Crew position is someone with a background in hospitality or events, particularly in roles such as service crew member, waiter, or event staff. You should be adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.Key attributes we are looking for include:
- Experience: While prior experience as a service crew member, waiter, or in a similar role is preferred, it is not required. However, familiarity with the demands of the events industry and customer service will be an advantage.
- Customer Service Skills: A strong ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner is essential. You should be capable of handling guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment during events is crucial. We are looking for candidates who can focus on the details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Adaptability: The events industry is fast-paced and can be unpredictable. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key in event settings. You should be able to work well with other event staff, helping out where needed to ensure the success of each event.
- Visa Requirement: Must be on your own visa (Spouse, Family, Golden, or Freelancer). This requirement is non-negotiable.

Salary:
AED
5,000 to 15,000
