JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Service Crew members to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE. As part of our hospitality industry for Ice Cream Parlor chain, the Service Crew plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, providing valuable experience in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take customer orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve Ice Cream and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience for guests
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred (Ice Cream counter / Sales Counter / Cashier / Counter Sales / Counter Staff)- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
