JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the SVP within the Wholesale Banking Group, you will provide strategic leadership to the division to achieve positive commercial results and market growth.

Description

* Translate the organisational strategy to department business plans and objectives
* Set expectations of senior professionals and provide expert leadership to reach goals and targets
* Lead the talent development plans and initiatives for the department
* Seek out, assess and approve business opportunities for expansion in coordination with key commercial parties
* Develop the value proposition of the department and deliver optimised operating model to increase market share and profitability

Requirements:

* Bachelors or Masters degree
* At least 10 years experience in Banking
* At least 3 years commercial leadership position within wholesale banking
* Strategic leadership experience of experienced banking professionals with commercial objectives and targets
