JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent dining service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Lead and mentor junior servers, providing guidance and support.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure that all service areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
Requirements:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.- Monitor and maintain inventory of serving supplies.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all aspects of service.
