JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client (Forwarding Company) is a growing company with exciting expansion plans. Specializes in providing top-notch logistics solutions for sea export and import shipments are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team and drive sales efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
• To Generate Sales for Sea Export and Import Overall Shipments
• Generate and close sales for sea export and import shipments.
• Focus on Project Cargo and Break Bulk services to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
• 2 to 3 years UAE experience in Sales in Logistics

Competitive base salary.
• Sales commissions: 10% of the sales profit.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of sea export and import operations, particularly Project Cargo and Break Bulk services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
