Job Description:
• Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external marketing agencies and PR agencies to ensure alignment with company's brand strategy and objectives.
• Market Research: Recurring in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
• To be able to lead Campaigns which increase awareness to add value to the sales pipeline build up.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team and the internal design team to create cohesive and compelling visual and written content that aligns with brand standards and is marketable.

Digital Presence: Manage and enhance our online presence, including social media, website, and other digital platforms to engage with our audience and grow our following.

Event Planning: Plan and execute events, promotions, and other activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Candidate should hold min 2 to 4 years of UAE experience from Marketing Architecture /Interior / Fit Out Industry
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing management, preferably within the design or creative industries targeting an upper market segment.
• Proven experience managing external agencies, budgeting and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing, and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: AED 10,000 to 12,000
