Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, delivering high-quality strategy consulting services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop tailored, actionable strategies.
• Drive problem-solving efforts using data analysis, research, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and oversee teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring professional development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Support business development through identifying opportunities, proposal development, and client pitches.
• Stay current on industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of strategy consulting experience, with a focus on managing engagements and leading teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality strategic recommendations and successful execution.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creativity and practical solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must
