JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Senior Executive Assistant reporting to the MENA Head.

Client Details
Our client is a leader within the financial services space. With offices globally, you will be welcomed in to their Dubai office.

Description

* Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling expense reimbursements.
* Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
* Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
* Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment.
* Document Management: Maintain organised filing systems for documents, contracts, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
* Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, conferences, and workshops, handling logistics and coordination as needed.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and anticipate needs.
* Arabic written and verbal communication, as well as strong English is preferred
