Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading Architectural Consultancy in Dubai requires a Senior Architect to join their vibrant team.

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a minimum of eight years' experience in the architectural industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the architectural design process from concept to completion.
* Manage and mentor junior architects, providing technical guidance and design mentorship.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
* Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents.
* Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and project budgets.
* Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture.
* Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
* Strong design skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Desired Skills:

* Experience in the Middle East construction industry.
* Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
