JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Sales Plan
- Develop individual sales plan based on sales targets

Sales Activity
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company, solve the problems on time and provide services consultation for customer

CRM Sales Tasks and Records CRM
- Collect and record customer information on CRM system as well as track and contact customers per plan

Customer Relationship Maintenance
- Identify the potential customers and new customers, be responsible as well as customer relationship maintenance,
- Maintain key customer contact, timely understand and provide customers with the products or services requirement, seeking feedback of customers on product experience, and assist in handling customer complaints. Maintain the company's brand image

Sales Account Management
- Avoid the risk of payment, timely reconciling with customers, recovering timely accounts receivable and collection of accounts receivable

Market Research and Feedback
- According to the department's work arrangement, conduct research and information collection on customers, competitors and market conditions, and propose product planning, marketing strategy, brand promotion and after-sales service

New Product Promotion
- Participate in the discussion and participation of new product promotion to determine the implementation details of new product promotion

Marketing Plan
- Understand the market, customer base and market share of competitor products. Maximize product advantages and develop an effective plan for sales activity

Requirements:
Education levels
- Associate’s Degree or above

Major
- No limit (Sales and Marketing preferred)

Experience
- At least 1 year related working experiences / Fresh graduate

Language Skill
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English

Computer Skill
- Able to use Microsoft office

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
