JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our Real Estate Brokers in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand the customer base
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and tactics as necessary
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales activities, promotional campaigns, and lead generation efforts
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of effective sales processes, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful real estate sales manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the Dubai market
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, legal regulations, and customer preferences
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales objectives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; professional certifications in real estate sales and management will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales-related tools

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
