Job Description:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and provide feedback and markets intelligence to the management team.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive lead generation and sales strategies.
• Handle sales pressures professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Position Title: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission/incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to European and Arabic nationals
• 35 y/o and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
• Experience in Sales function is mandatory
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle sales pressures and meet targets consistently
• Knowledge of a specific market outside the UAE will be considered an added advantage
