JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our client in the leisure industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experience and generating revenue to contribute to overall goals and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities of Sales and Operations Manager:

• Develop the Ground Crew to provide outstanding guest service through daily supervision of operations at areas ranging from Ticketing, Retail, F&B and ground Operation areas.
• Manages a team of front-line colleagues to include their on-the-job training, daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans
• Ensure a clean and safe operating environment.
• Review departmental policies, procedures and performance standards to ensure these are up to date.
• Coordinate any inventory/stock take activities required, ensuring sufficient stock always remains on hand and reducing stock loss/wastage.
• Any other related duties as assigned by the department or management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in sales and operations management, with minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in the amusement / leisure /attraction industry / tourism industry.
• Minimum 2-year cash handling and sales / marketing experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
