JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our events business, creating strategies to reach potential clients and customers, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our events and services to potential clients and customers.
- Identify and target key markets, industry sectors, and potential clients for our events business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation, sales closing, and customer retention strategies.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Fluency in English.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
