JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the Middle East market. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience with high-ticket clients and retainer payment structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry across the Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-ticket clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure clients are engaged with retainer payment structures, aligning with company policies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Required Experience:
- Business Development Expertise: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, specifically targeting the Middle East market.

Client Management:
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with high-ticket clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met through tailored solutions.

Revenue Growth:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving significant revenue growth.
- Retainer Structures: Hands-on experience in managing retainer payment structures, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.

Education:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in business development or sales will be considered an asset.

- In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Middle East.
- Communication Excellence: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences

Presentation Skills:
- Expertise in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that resonate with high-profile clients.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and other business development tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
