Job Description

Do you have a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences and leading teams to success As our Rooms Division Manager , you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, orchestrating everything from seamless operations to stellar service.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Create a vibrant learning environment to ensure all team members are trained in our high standards.
- Oversee daily hotel operations as delegated by the General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Identify and recruit top talent with the People team to build a successful and dynamic hotel staff.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to excel in their roles and achieve operational excellence.
- Manage front office finances, including billing, rate verification, sales reconciliation, and inventory controls.
- Ensure smooth operations for Housekeeping and Front Office departments.
- Maintain a positive attitude, fostering strong guest relationships and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee reservation and property management systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
- Handle payroll, cost control, and scheduling to keep the hotel running efficiently.
- Assist in analyzing guest satisfaction and financial performance to monitor and improve hotel performance.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience, striving for 100% satisfaction.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining safety practices for employees and guests.
- Perform regular room and property inspections to uphold high standards.
- Actively support department operations with hands-on assistance and coaching as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
