Employment: Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Development Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the research and development activities related to egg shell powder production in our industry. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute the company's research and development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct thorough research on egg shell powder and related products, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and new product development.
- Oversee the design and implementation of experiments, trials, and tests to validate the efficacy and safety of new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control measures, and best practices in research and development.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on research findings, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

Any country work experience in R&D of shell egg powder.

Candidate with previous experience in shell egg powder production is preferred.

Part time work/ 3 months contract is preferred.
