JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Support and/or manage relationships with financial institutions to source and distribute trade assets.
* Compliance and due diligence on FI's
* Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep stakeholders informed about asset performance and market conditions.
* Identify potential investors and institutions for trade finance asset distribution.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution and sale of trade finance assets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of distribution activities.
* Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop competitive strategies.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
* Prepare regular reports on asset performance, market trends, and distribution activities.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any regulatory issues.

Requirements:
* Education: Recognized bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
* Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or related fields, with a focus on syndicated loans or financial institutions. Prior experience in a relationship management or support role is advantageous.
* Skills: Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures, financial products, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
