JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and candidates, and to make a significant impact on the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates on self sponsored visa preferred.
- Minium 2 years UAE experience.

Salary:
AED 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission
