Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Recruiter with a minimum of 12 months of experience. This role focuses on CV delivery, resourcing, and managing client relationships. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring client requirements are understood and met with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective CV delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Utilize advanced technology tools and platforms to enhance recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months of recruitment experience.
- Strong background in using recruitment technology and platforms.
- Excellent understanding of client requirements and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
