Job Title: Receptionist
Banke International Properties in Dubai is seeking an organized, energetic, and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office in Business Bay, Dubai. You'll manage calls, greet visitors, and ensure smooth front desk operations for an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, clients, and staff as they arrive at the office
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments orindividuals.
• Relaying messages, inquiries, and information accurately and promptly
• Assisting with coordination of meetings, conference room bookings, and maintaining an organized calendar
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and requests effectively.
• Managing various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar front office or customer service role in the Hotel industry
• Native English speakers are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using MS office software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
