JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and properties, and to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to facilitate property transactions
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients
- Advertise and promote properties through various channels
- Negotiate and finalize property deals
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients
- Valid real estate agent license or certification is preferred
