- Provide insights and recommendations for developing effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and manage a robust network of potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and investors, providing detailed information about off-plan properties.
- Arrange property tours, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the value proposition of off-plan properties.
- Engage in effective sales negotiations to secure purchase agreements and contracts with prospective buyers.
- Facilitate a smooth closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a successful property transaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through exemplary service and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
