Employment: Full Time

UAE Based Quantity Surveyors seeking to join a TIER 1 buildings Main Contractor in DUBAI.

This business has been awarded 1.4 Billion AED in the past 3 weeks and the outlook is strong. Our client is looking to hire multiple Quantity Surveyors from the local UAE Market. Reporting directly into a Scottish Commercial Manager handling a High Rise Residential Tower , Commercial Office Block & Mixed use. All projects are within 25 Minutes drive of Dubai Marina.

The following is critical for a positive application

• You understand its a 6 day week / 11 day fortnight
• It is a testing environment so bring a positive outlook to work
• Must have Main Contractor experience as a quantity surveyor
• Degree Educated – BSc Quantity Surveying
• At least 3 Years Post Graduate experience

• Take offs & Bills of Quantities

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Must be currently based in the UAE for face to face Interviews before the 4th of JULY
• Have QS experience for a Buildings MAIN CONTRACTOR
• Excellent communication, presentation skills
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
