JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding pump applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and propose suitable pump solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate pump performance and identify potential improvement areas.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and specifications for pump projects.
- Assist in pump selection, sizing, and configuration for various applications.
- Perform pump system calculations and simulations to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical issues or concerns related to pump applications.

Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile

- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pump applications or related field.
- Experience in pump system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
