JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct marketing.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after the sale is closed.

Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential business opportunities.

Sales Administration:
• Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on client inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property developer sales
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate and developer market and property trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE.

• Experience in selling luxury or high-end properties.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
