Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage projects from a status update perspective, ensuring timely and accurate communication between stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather input from various stakeholders, consolidating and synthesizing information to update relevant teams.
- Status Reporting: Create and maintain project status reports, ensuring all teams are informed of progress, risks, and any changes in scope.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are included and informed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project plans.
- Issue Tracking: Identify and track project issues, coordinating with teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of relevant experience in managing projects from a status update perspective, with a strong ability to gather input from stakeholders, consolidate information, and keep relevant teams updated. Experience as a Digital Project Management (PM) Coordinator, Junior PM at a consulting or governmental firm, or in a tech firm is highly desirable. While PMP certification is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.
