Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a highly diversified and dynamic organization based in Abu Dhabi. The company is privately held into diversified businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and extensive experience in construction site works, particularly in mechanical installations and steel works.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site personnel.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and construction site works.
- Proven experience with mechanical installations and steel works is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
