Position Overview:
As the Project Control Manager for our Solar PV projects, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all project control activities to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive control and reporting across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project control functions, including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as budget adherence, schedule variances, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the integration of project management software and tools to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control management, with a strong background in Solar Photovoltaic projects or the renewable energy sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in construction and renewable energy environments.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and cost management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, work under pressure, and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
