Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

- Proactively identify new product opportunities in the market and brainstorm innovative ideas to drive business growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather, outline, and define product requirements and specifications.
- Liaise consistently with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely product/feature launches.
- Translate product requirements into actionable and clear technical specifications for easy implementation.
- Engage in product improvement initiatives by liaising with business teams, ensuring smooth communication of these improvements to the technical department.
- Oversee and assist with rigorous product testing to ensure compliance and quality across all product offerings.
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to by coordinating closely with internal teams, ensuring delivery is on schedule.
- Thoroughly document solutions, facilitating seamless handovers between teams including technical, operations, and business.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics, informing product strategy and future development.
- Conduct robust market research and competitor analysis to maintain and further enhance domain expertise.
- Respond to and incorporate valuable feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the platform.
- Spearhead the development and management of product roadmaps, refining user stories and setting feature prioritization.
- Partner with the technology team to innovate, develop, and roll out new products.
- Lead by example, offering expertise on best practices in product management methodologies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive product documentation and demonstrations for both technical and business teams.
- Familiarity and experience with Product Management tools such as JIRA and Confluence are essential.

- The skill to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently.
- A readiness for adaptability, unafraid of the unknown, and capable of synthesizing multiple elements into cohesive solutions.
- A process-driven mindset, paired with a passion for delivering work of the highest quality.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in product management.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, underscoring a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.
- Strong technical prowess.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
- Preferably, a background in product or software development.
