Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing product performance, identifying market trends, and providing insights to support product development and strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze product performance metrics, customer data, and market trends.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights on product performance and user behavior.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide recommendations based on market analysis to inform product strategy and development.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to the product.

Product Insights and Recommendations:
- Work with the product management team to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities based on analysis.

Customer Feedback and User Research:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, user testing, and support tickets.
- Identify patterns and trends in customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Conduct user research to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, CLM managers and marketing teams to align product goals and deliverables.
- Participate in product development meetings and provide analytical support.
- Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for product launches and updates.

Documentation and Communication:
- Document findings, analysis, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to product management and other stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with market research and user research methodologies.
- Experience in gaming and Play and Win products
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA)
