JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Serve as the central source for all procurement within the company.
- Liaise with vendors, get multiple quotes, consult and finalize the supplier with best prices, quality, availability, delivery etc.
- On direction from the technical team, able to draft RFQ’s, do online research, create purchase requisitions & lead sourcing activities from start to finish
- Place purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely readiness of goods
- Interface with the accounting and operations teams to ensure bills and invoices are all entered in the system in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with logistics admin for all shipping related activities
- Plan and manage for inventory of all of our spare parts and equipment.
- Interface with the service team to get accurate data of forecasts of parts based on AMC /service schedules and determine the right amount of inventory
- Assist the sales team on creating sales quotations related to spare parts and AMC’s

Requirements:

- Mechanical engineering or diploma or technical equivalent so you understand the components related to maintenance and engineering (such as oil filters, air filters, water separators, coolers, condensers, piping, fittings, valves etc.).
- Self-improvement mentality, self-starter
- Proficiency of computers and MS Office applications is a must
- 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to travel and come to the office and work with the team is mandatory
- Should be fluent with English and an effective communicator.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
